WAYNESBURG CROSSINGS
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION
CM Services provided design review and construction management services throughout the design phase of the Waynesburg Crossings/Murtha Drive Site Development and Roadway projects. The overall project encompassed nearly 100 acres and includes 3 million cubic yards of excavation / fill. Constructability reviews were performed on all plans including soil erosion sedimentation control, storm water management, roadway features (Murtha Drive) and Geotechnical features incorporated into the site development plans.During the construction phase of the project, several engineering changes were implemented by CM Services for the project. These studies included revisions to the traffic analysis for Murtha Drive, storm water piping revisions, bioremediation area design and erosion and sedimentation control revisions.
