Drawings include Design Meeting, Schematic Design to specify floor plans, elevations, roof lines and placement of windows and doors. Final Design resulting in a set of approximately nine (9) drawings including building lot layout, finalized floor plans, elevations, sections, footers, structural, HVAC Design and MEP drawings in sufficient detail to obtain a building permit.
